Scope of Services

Full Bearing Range Company supplies conveyor and power transmission bearings, mounted bearing units and a full range of industrial bearings. This includes pillow block ball bearing units, spherical roller pillow block and flanged units, take-up bearing units, insert bearings, tapered roller bearings and spherical roller bearings for belt conveyors, bucket elevators, roller conveyors and drive systems.

We also supply general plant items: deep groove ball, angular contact, thrust and precision bearings, linear motion components, bearing housings, adapter and withdrawal sleeves, locking devices, seals, lubricants and accessories.

1.1 Technical advice

On request, we provide technical advice on bearing selection, seal configuration, housing selection and installation points, based on the operating information the buyer supplies. The terms governing this advice are set out in Section 07, Technical Advice & Disclaimer.

Inquiries & Quotations

Only a written quotation from Full Bearing Range Company is binding on price, availability and delivery. Information given in chat, by phone or on this website is for reference until it appears in a written quotation.

2.1 Contents of a written quotation

Each written quotation states:

• Model / reference
• Quantity
• Unit price and currency
• Stock availability
• Lead time
• Shipping terms

2.2 Buyer information

Quotations are prepared from the details the buyer provides, such as conveyor position, bearing or unit model, shaft diameter, bolt spacing or mounting style, operating environment and quantity. Where a model is unknown, photos and mounting dimensions may be used for identification. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information supplied.

Specification Changes

Upgrade proposals are recommendations only. No model, series or seal change is made without the buyer's written approval.

Where an existing specification has a record of repeated failure, Full Bearing Range Company may propose an alternative, such as a heavier series or a different seal arrangement. The final choice of specification remains with the buyer.

Order Confirmation

An order becomes effective once both parties have confirmed the order details, delivery destination and payment terms. These points are agreed before the order is placed.

4.1 Changes after confirmation

Requests to change quantities, models or the destination after confirmation must be made in writing. Changes may affect price and lead time, and take effect only once both parties agree.

Shipping & Documents

Each shipment comes with logistics tracking information and the appropriate export documentation. Goods ship under the shipping terms stated in the written quotation and order confirmation.

5.1 Delivery timing

Lead times are those stated in the written quotation. Buyers planning around a shutdown or maintenance window should state the required on-site date at inquiry stage, so it can be reflected in the quotation.

Receipt & After-Sales

Any issue with a delivery should be reported to Full Bearing Range Company quoting the order number. We follow up on receipt and installation, and handle reported issues against that order.

6.1 Inspection on arrival

The buyer should check quantities, references and packaging on receipt. Photos of the goods, packaging and labels help us resolve reported issues faster.

Technical Advice & Disclaimer

Technical advice is given in good faith from the information the buyer provides; final responsibility for selection, installation and operation rests with the buyer.

7.1 Scope of technical advice

Recommendations on load rating, seal type, housing and installation depend on the accuracy of the operating data provided, including load, speed, temperature, contamination and duty cycle. Actual service life varies with installation quality, lubrication, alignment and maintenance practice, which are outside our control.

7.2 Installation and use

Installation should be carried out by qualified personnel following the equipment manufacturer's instructions and applicable site safety rules. Full Bearing Range Company is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, inadequate lubrication or operation outside the stated conditions.

7.3 Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost production, downtime or loss of profit.
