How to choose sealing and load class in Steel Guide Rail

Choose the seal for the contamination at the bearing position first, then the series for the load and duty cycle. Most early failures on conveyors come from a seal that does not match dust, water or washdown, not from the bearing itself.

Shaft diameter alone does not guarantee fit. A unit with the right bore can still miss the frame if the bolt spacing, centre height or take-up slot differs from the old one.
