Most asked

Three questions buyers ask first, and the short answers

Yes to all three: we identify unmarked units from photos and dimensions, propose upgrades when a spec keeps failing, and ship conveyor and general plant bearings in one order.

01

Can you identify an old unit with no model number?

Yes. Send clear photos of the housing plus shaft diameter, bolt spacing and mounting style, and we match the unit to a direct replacement.

02

Can you propose an upgrade for a failing position?

Yes. If the current spec keeps failing, we recommend a better seal, a heavier series or both. Nothing changes without your approval.

03

Can conveyor and plant bearings ship together?

Yes. Conveyor units, transmission bearings and general plant bearings go on one order and one shipment, so you have one supplier and one invoice to reconcile.

Selection & Upgrades

Choosing the right conveyor bearing seal and load rating

Full Bearing Range Company chooses conveyor bearings against the real duty: dust, moisture, washdown, load and continuous 24/7 running. The aim is longer maintenance intervals and fewer unplanned stops.

A conveyor bearing position keeps failing. Should we upgrade the seal or move to a heavier series?

It depends on the duty at that position, and we help you decide. Send the conveyor position, the current unit model, shaft diameter, operating environment and failure history.

We check the seal configuration and load rating against those conditions. If the current spec keeps causing failures, we propose an upgrade: a different seal, a heavier unit, or both. Every change needs your approval before we quote it.

How do we choose seals for dusty, wet or washdown conveyor environments?

Pick the seal for the environment, not just the shaft size. A wrong seal is one of the most common reasons bearings fail early in dusty, humid or washdown positions.

Tell us what the bearing is exposed to and we recommend a seal configuration. Insert bearings come in several locking methods and seal options, so we can usually upgrade the seal and keep the existing housing.

Which bearing types suit conveyor drive, pulley and take-up positions?

The bearing type depends on the load and the position. Here is how our range maps to typical conveyor positions:

Heavy-duty conveyorsSpherical roller pillow block and flanged units

Identification & Replacement

Identifying unmarked units and replacing them without refitting

An old flanged or pillow block unit with no readable model can still be matched. Photos and mounting dimensions are usually all we need to find a direct replacement that fits your existing frame.

What photos and mounting dimensions do you need to identify an old bearing unit?

Send clear photos of the unit and its mounting dimensions. That means:

  • Shaft diameter
  • Mounting hole spacing (bolt spacing)
  • Mounting style: pillow block, flanged or take-up
  • Conveyor position and operating environment

With these we match the unit and confirm the replacement model before we quote.

How do we avoid take-up units that don't fit our existing conveyor frame?

Don't order by shaft diameter alone. Two take-up units with the same bore can have different mounting dimensions, so send the frame mounting dimensions and installation method along with the shaft size.

We check the unit and housing against those dimensions before quoting, and share installation guidance so the replacement goes straight into the existing take-up frame.

Inquiries & Quotes

What to send and what you get back

A complete inquiry gets a precise written quote. List the position, model, shaft and mounting details, environment and quantity, and every quote comes back with model, price, stock status and lead time on paper.

What information should a bearing inquiry include?

Include six details, by WhatsApp or email:

  1. Conveyor position (drive, pulley, take-up, return)
  2. Bearing or unit model
  3. Shaft diameter
  4. Mounting hole spacing and mounting style
  5. Operating environment: dust, moisture, washdown, load, running hours
  6. Quantity required

If the model is unknown, attach photos and mounting dimensions instead.

What does your written quotation include?

Every written quote lists model, quantity, price, currency, stock status, lead time and shipping terms, so procurement can approve it without coming back to us.

  • Model
  • Quantity
  • Price
  • Currency
  • Stock status
  • Lead time
  • Shipping terms

We then confirm order details, delivery destination and payment terms before shipping.

Shipping & Documents

One shipment for the whole shutdown list

Full Bearing Range Company ships from Shandong, China, with logistics tracking and the appropriate export documents. Conveyor and general plant bearings can travel together on one order.

Do you provide shipment tracking and export documents?

Yes. Once your order ships, you get logistics tracking information and the export documents that go with the shipment.

Tell us your delivery destination when you confirm the order and the paperwork is prepared for that route.

Can you ship conveyor and general plant bearings in one order to meet our shutdown window?

Yes. Pillow block, take-up and insert units can go on one order with deep groove, angular contact, thrust and precision bearings, plus housings, adapter and withdrawal sleeves, locking devices, seals and lubricants.

Send the full shutdown list with your outage date. The quote shows stock status and lead time for every line, so you can plan the maintenance window around one delivery.

After-Sales

Support after delivery and installation

We follow up on every order after delivery and installation. If anything is wrong, your order number is all you need to reach the right person.

What happens if there is a problem at delivery or during installation?

Contact us with your order number by WhatsApp (+86 135 6125 0111) or email (info@wqkvb.com) and we will handle it from there.

We check on delivery and installation after each order ships, so issues are usually caught early. Photos of the unit and the mounting position help us resolve installation questions faster.

"Identifying an old flanged bearing unit on an overhead conveyor was tricky. We sent photos and bolt spacing measurements, and they matched the exact unit within hours. They also supplied the matching deep groove bearings for the drive motor at the same time."
